The effectively changes the existing outdoor space into an incredible retreat, incorporating areas for relaxation and entertaining while maintaining an incredible aesthetic. This , located in the heart of Brookfield, illustrates our ongoing dedication to quality craftsmanship and innovation in design. From the onset of the , the goal was to aesthetically blend the existing landscape with the new amenities while mitigating the unsightly drainage issues the yard faced. Our team thoughtfully considered the yard and created a multi-tiered design for the landscape, creating depth and visual interest while simultaneously improving the site's functionality. The primary feature, though, is the fantastic stone patio constructed by first sourcing beautiful local bluestone. This material provides multiple uses and lends an attractive natural quality. Surrounding the patio, Landcrafters’ craftsmen built and arranged custom cedar planters with a variety of ongoing perennials and evergreens that bloom throughout the entire year. In addition to the fire pit wrapped in beautiful granite boulders, we added a perfect gathering area for family and friends. With the new and lovely sound of the added water feature, we framed the waterfall with ferns and ornamental grasses to further include the natural experience into the retreat. Continuing with the low voltage LED lighting plan, we illuminated the pathways and areas in the landscaping to be seen all year round. The end product is incredible visual appeal and functionality that speaks values of the craftsmanship of Landcrafters. Our customers were thrilled to enjoy their transformed backyard as a retreat that embodies a private space for themselves that represents their lifestyle and invites tranquility. This encourages the excited anticipation of homeowners to welcome guests and enjoy each other's company and the design exceeded all expectations.
