Summary: Patios and Hardscapes by Z.O. Landscaping Z.O. Landscaping was recently awarded an outdoor in Summit that concluded the 'Patios and Hardscapes' , combining aesthetics with functionality. Our team designed a unique multi-tiered patio that consists of natural stone pavers and textured natural stone retaining walls that complement the natural landscape. There were several challenges with the entire . The inclined lot presented challenges for drainage as well as water flow away from the patio. Our team and experts designed a new drainage system to drain water away from the patio. For the design, we used quality materials such as locally sourced bluestone, and concrete to ensure durability as maintenance with quality materials would not be an issue. The finished product includes a large outdoor living space with a fire pit for gatherings, a seating wall, and a large tree surrounded by the patio that creates a cozy space. Clients were happy with the finished product which improved the curb appeal of their home and created an outdoor destination for enjoying time with family and friends. This continues Z.O. Landscaping's tradition of quality work and residents from Berkeley Heights to Westfield can expect quality workmanship.
