From its quality and sustainability, to serving Alviso, Cambrian Park, Campbell, Cupertino, and beyond, the whole of this contained the perfect mix of our mission. To undertake the considerable task of replacing these lawns, appropriate grass types were chosen that would grow well in the arid climate, allowing for a full, maintainable lawn that would still use a small amount of water. We also installed a cutting-edge irrigation system with smart technology that adjusts the watering schedule with seasonal changes. A prominent aspect of this was the use of native plants on the edges to encourage local biodiversity and to provide a soft transition from tended lawn to the natural landscape. Our team fought against the odds of difficult slopes, nasty pitiful soil that has since regained its topsoil through professional tilling, and the course land morphed into a blank green slate with the proper organic accoutrements. Once decorative stone borders and a pathway were installed to complete the , decorative stone borders were pleasant to look at but were also functional, allowing access to various parts of the yard. We had talented artists who crafted these things and ensured that everything was executed perfectly well. The end result had the homeowner's over the moon excited. The new grass enhanced their property's appearance and gave the family the peaceful outdoor environment they longed for to enjoy family dinners, picnics, or a lazy afternoon outside.
