Scope: Comprehensive landscape design and installation of a typical NJ backyard into an outdoor escape in the heart of Florham Park, NJ. With an emphasis on native plantings that were chosen to not only thrive but provide beauty and year-long interest, the showcased a variety of colorful perennials and ornamental grasses. Natural stone paths and a bespoke fire pit used high-quality top materials throughout the structure we provide ease of hosting and relaxation with. The biggest problem we faced was the very uneven ground, where the regulators did not drain properly and we had to think outside the box to make them more beautiful and functional. Our team levelled the area with care as it needed to be treated, including the landscaping, as part of the hardscaping. The end product is a stunning multi-purpose outdoor area that used spatial and physical justice property to create a fluid environment, topped off with a calming water feature that draws local wildlife and provides a relaxing ambient sound experience. Our clients were delighted with the whole process and thrilled with the outcome, which provides them with a Zen retreat, which is visual property value increase, where they can have a family picnic and entertain outdoors.
