Summit, NJ - Martoccia Landscape Service Inc. Martoccia Landscape Service Inc. is excited to share this Summit, NJ landscaping , a quality transformation. The outdoor redesign, this time for a private residence, was done to improve its aesthetics as well as functionality. The steep slopes on site and lack of sun in some areas created challenges that our experienced team started the off by surveying the area. These we solved with tiered planting beds made of quality natural stone, which allows for soil retention and gives a welcoming terraced appeal. To create a diverse palette of native plants that would not only create year-round beauty but also draw in native pollinators and other wildlife, we carefully selected perennials and hearty shrubs. A custom paver patio built with surrounding landscapes provides an outdoor gathering location. For ambience, soft LED lighting was installed around pathways and points of interest to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for enjoyment in the evening. We worked out the logistical challenges with pinpoint accuracy, collaborating with the clients to achieve their vision without sacrificing quality. The end result was a new living area that delighted our client, providing both beauty and utility. Along with renovating the home’s exterior, the allowed its residents to relax in their own front yard. Martoccia Landscape Service Inc. wishes to thank the City of Sault Ste.
