Capable of forming up to 600 pieces per minute( depending on the size of the lollipop and the type of ingredients used.)

• Weight of ball lollipops can be increased or decreased to assure flexibility. Should a long, cylinder-type lollipop be required, the forming dies can be adjusted to produce various lengths.
• Capabilities for centre-filling of lollipops with bubblegum, nougats, caramel, chocolate paste or other cener filling ingredients. Also available with the option of dual color product.
• Lollipop forming dies can be switched in less than one hour to a different product shape.
• Capable of using wood, plastic or plastic sticks. Hollow whistle sticks can be used automatically.
• Minimum personale involvement when used in conjunction with Latini Batch roller and Rope Sizer Machine.
• Easy maintenance due to the auto-lubrication system and access to parts.
• An optional fitted PLC will ensure increased efficiency, easy control options and stress-free production.
