With Latini's Rotary kneading machine, the sugar mass after being unloaded from the cooker is cooled, mixed and kneaded. Suitable for mixing and kneading Hard boiled cooked mass. Ensures distribution of solid, citric acid or any other ingredients in a hygienic way.

This machine eliminates the need for tiresome and exhausting manual mixing and saves on the labor-costs.

The machine is fabricated fully in stainless steel to withstand the GMP requirements. All contact-parts are water cooled for efficient operation.
