Outdoor Rooms by Native Landscapes Inc. Set in the breathtaking context of Southeastern New York and Western Connecticut, Native Landscapes Inc. is excited to share the story of one our latest s, "Outdoor Rooms." The undertaking showcased the perfect marriage of the natural environment and contemporary living through landscaping with six distinct outdoor spaces dedicated to enjoyment, relaxation, and entertaining. Notable aspects of the had to do with the selection and installation of stylish patios built with permeable pavers for beauty and draining, constructed with natural stone retaining walls built at visually interesting levels and added extra seating for entertainment, and incorporated native plant materials to provide biodiversity and support for the local wildlife and pollinators, all in keeping with our goal of preserving and enhancing natural and built environments. One of our greatest challenges was the site's slope which required additional planning and construction. Our team employed some of the latest engineering and materials to construct terraces that solved our drainage issues and created delightful spaces for gatherings. The result is a beautiful and functional space with a series of distinct outdoor "rooms" for sitting around the fire pit, the water feature, the gardens that change the landscape throughout the four seasons, all creating an outdoor oasis to enjoy year-round. With a thoughtful and exacting approach to detail and craft, Native Landscapes Inc. has taken this site to meet the unmet potential of the while also delivering beyond our client's expectations, making a dream an outdoor living experience come true!
