The Patio and Grill Cooking Area , located in the heart of Virginia Beach, is our latest example of our commitment to quality and innovative design. The started with a comprehensive consultation, delving into the client's aspirations for a practical and inviting outdoor cooking area. In this , we were faced with the task of overcoming a sloped backyard, but we were able to creatively address this by constructing a multi-level patio with durable, natural stone pavers that have a sturdy look and visual impact that seamlessly ties into the surrounding landscape. We created a modern grill station with granite countertops because we wanted a practical and visual grilling surface, which enhances the cooking and entertaining experience. Overhead we installed a custom built pergola to define and provide shade while maintaining an ideal entertaining experience. Additionally we built seating walls, from the same natural stone, to provide a beautiful aesthetic and additional seating for guests gatherings. To put the finishing touches on the and complement the hardscaping, we landscaped the surrounding area with low maintenance perennials and ornamental grasses to add color and texture throughout the seasons. The soft outdoor lighting highlights the beauty of the space while also providing visibility and safety to guests in casual evening gatherings. Ultimately the produced an end result that was a combination of beauty and a functional entertaining space. Our clients now have a beautiful outdoor space, from their cooking and entertaining, that is ideal for family gatherings or a restful evening under the stars. Dreamscape Designers Landscape Company was able to elaborate their dream to reality, with the completed patio and grill area becoming the outdoor culinary and social hub.
