The Formal Garden Seating Area by Dreamscape Designers Landscape Company Located in the center of Virginia Beach, the 'Formal Garden Seating Area' showcases the art of landscape design through elegance and usability. Dreamscape Designers Landscape Company boldly took on this , taking a hidden part of the client's property and transforming it into a place for relaxation and entertaining. The design included carefully designed flower beds that incorporated seasonal blooms and evergreen shrubbery for interest and color for all seasons. Additionally, a traditional stone path built with locally-sourced bluestone guides guests through the lush garden, encouraging exploration and interaction with the living landscape. Finally, a wrought-iron gazebo takes center stage in the seating area adding shelter and elegance to the seating area. Quality materials were also at the forefront of this . We connected weather-resistant and durable furnishing that compliment both the plants surrounding the furnishings and the longevity of the furnishings for outdoor living. The conversation-based seating is perfectly situated in an area that really fosters conversation. There are benches, side tables, and planters stuffed to the brim with fragrant lavender and ornamental grasses to engage all senses! During this there were a few hiccups, broom brush topography to overcome, prior drainage issues to solve; but our landscape architects quickly found solutions for both. We included a soft grading pattern to regulate water flow, including slow draining channels. Not only did this help keep the garden sustainable, but it also engineered visual appeal. Ultimately, the outcome of this is beautiful! Our formal garden seating area far exceeded the client's desires. The thinking design, quality craftsmanship, and abundance of natural essence produce a peaceful space for gatherings or quiet time by yourself.
