Our latest , the 'Pool Deck' located in the lovely communities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach, delivers quality and innovation. This gorgeous pool deck design engages the existing terrace so the space could be used as an extension of the home while creating visual beauty. We used beautiful slip-resistant porcelain pavers that provide an elegant, sleek, and modern look while keeping safety in mind. The natural stone borders, as well as the landscaping improvements to the area surrounding the pool, provides color and texture all year round thanks to natural and drought-resistant plants. The drainage slope of the yard, as well as rainwater management to keep the pool area from flooding, presented a design challenge. Our team devised a sophisticated grading plan that successfully directs rainwater away from the pool area to an adjoining area of the yard. The pitch of land was designed, constructed, and inspected, taking into consideration both the aesthetics of the swimming pool and surrounding landscape. The finished product is a stunning outdoor retreat with built-in lounging areas for sunbathing and hosting. Ambient lighting throughout the installation creates a lovely atmosphere for evening good times under the stars.
