Sandy Springs Deck and Paver Patio Addition by SHM Landscape As the centerpiece for this , SHM Landscape had the pleasure of executing the addition of a Paver Patio and Wooden Deck to a client's backyard, located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. For this , we designed a gorgeous paver patio to connect a new wooden deck and provide an outdoor area, that can be utilized for year-round living. Using high-quality materials, including natural stone pavers and weather-resistant timber, we created a beautiful backyard that will endure the elements. The patio is designed with an elegant herringbone pattern, while the deck features built-in seating and soft LED lighting for nighttime enjoyment. This specifically posed challenges in the grading of the yard due to an unexpected slope. In order to provide proper drainage and stability, our team relied on innovative grading solutions, overcoming the impact of the slope, and creating stable platforms that were level and secure. Overall, this achieved our client's goals, allowing an outdoor retreat for entertaining and relaxation. With lush landscaping, ambient lighting, and comfortable seating, this created value on property while adding serenity for clients to enjoy throughout the year.
