COMMERCIAL #2 by E2 Illumination Designs Type: Commercial E2 Illumination Designs is excited to do a quick showcase of an amazing landscaping , unlike any we have seen on the commercial properties here in the Dallas area; Custom #2 Our team designed an eye-catching and welcoming landscape that provides special features for areas that include Addison and Cedar Hill and Highland Park and North Dallas and Oak Lawn and Richardson and University Park. Among a variety of native plants for summer blooms and hardy shrubs in the fall and winter, the design incorporated a rich palette throughout the seasons for year-round visual appeal. The hardscape design elements, with permeable pavers in high-quality materials to provide for sustainable drainage, and integrative boulders that tie to the naturalistic setting. We used layered planting to provide seasonal interest by making sure something is always blooming, and have it featured in the foliage so that the senses can be engaged throughout the year. The soil was a main challenge, and we had to amend it with many different substances, before seeing any result with the plants we decided to go with. We added layers of organic compost and nutrients to make sure the new landscape will thrive. As part of the design, we created a water-efficient irrigation system that uses the necessary amount of water, while keeping the area healthy and colourful. It ended up being an incredible landscape that not only fulfilled but surpassed the clients vision. Equipped with considerate lighting solutions, the encourages guests and employees to swim in the beauty of their surroundings during both day and night. The client was elated with the makeover result, the newly crafted landscape not only increased the curb appeal of the property but also added to creating a beautiful environment for the visitors.
