A balanced mix of form and function redeveloped this private residential landscape at the core of North Dallas. For longevity, our team handpicked all drought tolerant plants, native to Texas, and custom options for hardscaping materials. The encompassed many beautiful elements like a tranquil water feature that acts as the centerpiece, hand-laid stone pathways that take visitors amongst the seasonal gardens, and lighting that showcases the character of the estate throughout the night. The site presented challenges with the ground being tilted and there were drainage problems that we tackled with a tiered design, this resolved those issues but also creates for some architecturality visually. Our client was thrilled with the end result and now has an outdoor oasis for entertaining or simply unwinding.
