Water Rebate Design Instead of settling for a drab, lifeless lawn, the Water Rebate Design gives you a beautiful landscape with plants that help conserve the water you need. We carefully chose native and drought-tolerant plants like succulents in a rainbow of color, an array of fragrant herbs and a variety of flowering perennials to create a lush landscape requiring limited irrigation. Some challenges included integrating with the existing irrigation system while ensuring plant selections that would thrive in their respective spaces and dealing with little sun on the property. Our experienced designers and horticulturists navigated these challenges with ideas such as customized planting zones and drip irrigation to ensure efficient and effective irrigation, including watering every single plant. The incorporated quality materials like permeable pavers for walkways, which provide an efficient means of drainage, further allowing movement of water instead of it entering stormwater drains, thereby controlling runs off and increasing ground-water table. Thick stone borders reigned over her garden beds, giving structure and definition to its overall design. The end result is a colourful, low-maintenance landscape that makes our client proud. The Water Rebate Design has achieved the dual aim of satisfying the city's requirements for water conservation as well as providing a tranquil outdoor zone to unwind and experience.
