MADISON SUBDIVISION | CUMMING, GA. Greenshooz Landscaping is thrilled to showcase the dramatic upgrade of the Madison Subdivision in Cumming, GA, a place where all that we love our work came together combining quality and creativity. Carefully crafted for a balance between beauty and beauty in motion plus eco-friendly landscaping at its very best! Some challenges our team faced were the uneven terrain and varying soil quality, both of which pushed our team to think outside of the box, and get more organized. After we were all done with stripping and storing the topsoil, we graded the land very well in order for the subdivision to be level to what is called "natural contour" to allow excess water to flow away from properties, or for wooded area properties, to allow to proper drainage while ensuring stability of the soil. The involved installing a variety of native plants and ornamental grasses that not only beautifies the site, but increases local biodiversity. We used natural stone pathways and decorative boulders as solid hardscaping additions that both allow for access and beauty within a landscape. We designed attractive communal areas with purpose-built seating and fire pits to better enjoy the outdoors as well as these natural spaces. By working with eco-friendly materials & sustainable practices, we are not only maintaining a high standard of environmental stewardship but also ensuring that the landscapes continue to flourish for years to come. The end result is a beautiful setting filled with greenery and foliage for all to enjoy and admire throughout the seasons. Reminiscent of a fine-pitched residential masterpiece, the Madison Subdivision has become a display of craftsmanship and design from Greenshooz Landscaping, finally making the whole community a beautiful dream in which people adore to live in.
