The included a wide selection of native plants that are environmentally sustainable, drought tolerant and low maintenance, while beautifying the neighborhood. To help residents traverse gardens while also adding functionality and beauty to their homes, we integrated beautiful stone walks crafted from locally sourced flagstone. To enhance the community's outdoor living space, custom designed fire pits and seating areas were built with high end, durable materials to last for generations. The steep and uneven topography of the site was one of the main challenges we had to deal with since there are places where one would have to ensure there is effective drainage to avoid erosion. Our team navigated these challenges deftly, converting the terrain into a beautiful landscape that aligns with the beautiful scenery surrounding it. The end result is a subdivision that not only beautifies the neighborhood and raises property values, but also helps to create a community. Residents will be able to enjoy peaceful vistas, landscaped gardensl, and common areas that have been designed to a high level of contemporary detail. Client response has been very positive with majority thanking us for our quality-oriented approach and bringing their vision to reality. Greenshooz Landscaping is knocking outdoor spaces out of the park in Lake Laurel Subdivision.
