Courtyard, Firepit, Pergola Pool Area by Dr. Dan's Landscaping & Architectural Design In the center of Virginia Beach, Dr. Dan's Landscaping & Architectural Design has just finished a beautiful update of a client's outdoor space that includes a lovely patio, firepit, and pergola pool area. The purpose was to not only beautify the dwelling, but also create a functional gathering area for family and friends during summertime and holiday events. The began with the selection of the highest quality finishes. The patio is made of natural stone pavers that provide beauty and durability. The firepit is built using a stone material that can withstand outdoor weather and acts as a stunning centerpiece for evening dinners with family and friends. The firepit area includes custom seating around it for comfort. The seating is designed for social gatherings while inviting lounging and relaxing around the fire when needed. The patio is finished with a beautifully laid out pergola to provide shade. The pergola is constructed with treated cedar wood that matches the natural outdoor space and enhances the beauty of the area. The beauty is also located around the pergola with climbing vines and flowers in planters around the base of the pergola. In coding and until the finishing energies were required for completion, there were various challenges in the space. The space was uneven on the ground. The space also seated extremely limited access for construction. However, the team successfully addressed substandard materials by engineering innovative solutions to provide the best value without compromising on quality of work for our client. Yesterday's finishing needed for the only took a few hours of labor, and yesterday we collected all needed work materials. After sending the client the construction materials list, taking a few hours for our time was of no expense. Yesterday ended with a few brief meetings with the team members to deal with construction management and equipment that forced us to have some conversations future solutions that would impact the landscape and lighting. I am proud of this , I truly believe it turned out well in the end. It is hard to justify the memories that this space will bring to many people when they visit. Overall, the rememberance of our craftsmanship team and pride will extend from just the memories, because they too realize the quality of our work. The client's exceeded experctations and he or she further communicates than their contractor had. Dr. Dan's Landscaping and Architectural Design has produced a beautiful outdoor courtyard, firepit, and pergola pool area for our clients.
