This commenced with an unappealing, overgrown yard with no inherent structure or attractive features. Our team undertook an exhaustive site analysis and articulated key value proposition opportunities: a forlorn garden bed, a tired patio, and an uninspiring entryway. We proposed a design that thoroughly considered both aesthetics and usability. It featured native plants and durable hardscaping and sustainable materials. After careful consideration, we selected a stunning amalgamation of perennials and ornamental grasses for the garden beds that would provide color and texture year round. To create an entertaining patio that would connect indoor and outdoor living areas, we incorporated quality bluestone pavers. For the entryway, we designed a charming path with solar lights, flowering shrubs, and bluestone pavers - visitors were warmly welcomed to the backyard. One of the significant challenges we faced was addressing the drainage issues in the backyard that had troubled it for years. Our team custom-engineered and installed a French drain system to redirect water flow, even in heavy rains, and preserve the landscape through all weather conditions. This solution protects the quality of the plants while enhancing the property’s aesthetics. Even with the labor and construction of the garden completed, the results were remarkable. The formerly chaotic disposition and abandoned appearance had been brilliantly transformed into a serene identity of natural beauty and functional landscaping. The clients were thrilled and even remarked that they were developing a new tradition of tearing up their patio and providing their friends and family the opportunity to swim, grill, and gather.
