Zen Front Entry - Mequon, WI Breckenridge Design, Construction & Maintenance is pleased to present the 'Zen Front Entry' that embodies beauty and function in Mequon, WI. This brings tranquility in design with inspiration taken from Japanese Zen gardens to create a warm and welcoming entry. The began with a careful examination of the site to identify the specific characteristics of the property. Our capable team faced challenges related to the grade of the land as well as existing hardscapes, and successfully showed that these elements could be incorporated into the new . Lastly, premium materials were selected such as locally sourced river stones, sustainable hardwood decking, and finely finished bluestone pavers for design and durability in Wisconsin’s climate. The highlights of the Zen Front Entry include a custom designed stone path, accented by boulders and ornamental grasses that move with the wind. A beautiful water feature with an easy pace waterfall is a predominant feature, providing sound to the naturally quiet setting. To further increase the aesthetics of the landscape, low maintenance perennials and evergreen shrubs were used to provide year-round color. The result of our efforts is a front entry which welcomes warmth and tranquility for our clients and illustrates their home’s curb appeal.
