Shade to half day sun landscape

SHADING TO 1/2 DAY SUN LANDSCAPE Garden Designs by Jacqueline, LLC Back in the originally designed shady yard Flip In Half Day Sun Landscape recently completed another of their New Landscaping s in the Springfield neighborhood of Garden Designs by Jacqueline, LLC. This was specific for a beautiful home site that also had areas of shade and bright sun intermixed and so was designed to allow a variety of plant room. With an existing tree canopy restricting the light and the client wanting colorful blooms and usable outdoor living, our talented team had to juggle between light and dark. With both shade-tolerant plants such as hostas and ferns and sun-hungry perennials such as daylilies and echinacea, we planned a palette that would deliver through every season. We adapted the landscape to be more functional by adding a pathways made of high-end looks stone locally produced granite stone to keep a natural appearance, in harmony with the landscape. The pathway not only directs the flow of vision throughout the garden; it also links important nodes like the seating nook and fire pit, which we clad in materials designed to withstand exposure to the elements. The installation was quite detailed between correcting the soil drainage and then providing an efficient irrigation system so that the plants can thrive. It included decorative boulders and native grasses that give texture and visual interest while enhancing regional biodiversity. The end product was breathtaking and our client loved it, a lovely space to unwind and have visitors. All this adornment hushes out the bustle of motorized travel, while a mindful choreography of sunscreen and sun reveals a well-ordered mini-ecosystem in health and prosperity and a conscious path of footfall for discovery and delight. This outdoor space is one of many we have transformed into something special over the years, and it is just one of the examples of what we pride ourselves on when thinking the work we do and the way we represent ourselves locally, be it Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby or anywhere else that we have the opportunity to build something remarkable.
