Rugby -Amazing Landscaping RenovationPhotos | Garden Designs by Jacqueline, LLC Located in the middle of Springfield, the Rugby is one of the quality designs & artistry of Garden Designs by Jacqueline, LLC. The landscaping was commissioned to transform their outdoor living space into a fresh and inviting area to gather and relax as a family. In a broader sense, we conducted thorough site analyses to better understand what the inherent features and challenges of the existing site lay. The site was challenging, being that the land was not level, which meant they had to really think on how to address natural light. Yet the hurdles were primarily beautiful in nature, so our designers went for a multi-tiered garden design, both to create diversity and to solve the drainage problems. We utilized natural stone retaining walls to define the planting beds and used top-quality materials for sturdy and everlasting design. Incorporating bright perennials and full shrubs are part of the design with native plants providing beauty year-round and decreasing maintenance needs. We also added a beautiful flagstone patio, and firepit for those evening social hours. We added soffit landscape lights to highlight the garden elements and add a warm glow in the evening. After sundown, this nuance created a transformation into an instant enchanted escape. Even with the narrow timeline and weather that was less than helpful, our team was a dedicated group of individuals who worked through adverse conditions to complete the as planned. The end product was a beautiful backyard paradise, that was not only functional but beautiful at the same time! The Rugby was not just an increase in the value of the property, but a place for family and friends to come together and enjoy.
