Located in the heart of Greater Boston, our newest , the Belmont Front Yard Landscape Renovation, exemplifies our quality craftsmanship and creative design that serve extreme communities. It all started with an extensive consultation and a deep dive into how the client lives. Change the front yard area, basically just a huge patch of grass, to an attractive landscape that enhances the lovely architecture of the house. Native plants promote local biodiversity, require little water and need little maintenance, which will be something the trees welcome (you know they are weary of the gardening tools so far). The renovation features a stunning bluestone path made from local stone leading frontway to the entrance area. It is surrounded by tiered perennial gardens filled with eye catching flowers that are beautiful from Spring till year end. To combat the natural challenge of poor soil drainage, we installed a drainage system that lays hidden underneath the new beds of plant material to maintain the life of our plant stock in the long-term. We have a homemade wooden arbor with climbing vines a focal point that invites human movement through the garden to give the garden depth. Mindful outdoor lighting provides an outline of the landscape by illuminating the beautiful features of your property while increasing your safety and aesthetic tranquility at night. Ultimately, the result is a perfect marriage of nature and design; a home that brings joy to not only the homeowner but the neighborhood at large.
