Natural stone pavers were originally used for a residential landscape design as part of a . Our latest , "Natural Stone Pavers for Residential Landscape Design" has us at Dana Pacific Landscape just finishing up a new residential property design near San Juan Capistrano. The consisted of professionally laid exquisite natural stone pavers, fusing an aesthetic look and a functional space that integrates beautifully with the environment. We started with the client vision and their yard. We designed a generous patio area for entertaining that was purposely located and oriented to best capture the incredible view of the hillside beyond. We went for locally sourced natural stone pavers of the finest quality, both durable and attractive to look at. They carefully selected each stone based on its color and texture to blend with the current surroundings. The main challenge we encountered was the unevenness of the land around the site. Our experienced crew beautifully laid top soil, perfectly preparing the base for the pavers, and also quickly draining away the water so that it does not accumulate. The other aspect we introduced a gradient (not just as a secondary aspect and decorative as well) in the design and it has been resulted in an interesting process for both sides visual beauty and functional use in appearance as well. We designed the garden beds for specific spots around the yard (to take advantage of varying sun & watering conditions) and planted with a range of natives for colour and biodiversity whilst also attracting wildlife! The natural stone pavers were placed in an engaging herringbone pattern, moving and drawing guests through the outdoor living space. Each joint was tight and every line aligned, making for an immaculate installation. The end quality of it all was nothing more than spectacular. Our client absolutely loved their new outdoor space, which not only adds curb appeal to their not too heavily used paving but provides a great place they can enjoy with family and friends, or simply dine al fresco.
