Woodlands Firepit S & D Landscapes LLC is excited to showcase the 'Woodlands Firepit' , a spectacular build set among the peaceful vegetation of South Burlington. This represented not only our commitment to quality and creativity, but also our ability to serve the lovely neighborhoods of Colchester, Essex, and Essex Junction. At the heart of this outdoor getaway is a firepit that is built of natural stone and incorporated the landscape around it to harmoniously blend with the surrounding woods. We were able to source the materials locally and the fire pit is surrounded by a custom seating space with the ability to take in the natural beauty and allow family and friends to gather around the fire. One of the challenges presented was the substantial slope which required the use of various grading techniques to build a level foundation for which to build the fire pit and seating area. Through the use of terracing we were able to solve the slope issues while adding more dimension to the landscape. The fire pit was fitted out with thoughtful landscaping including utilized native plants and lighting to complete the warm atmosphere of a cozy gathering spot. The final result is a stunning outdoor space offering both function and beautiful shape smashing expectations and allowing for the ultimate relaxation and enjoyment for our clients. The 'Woodlands Firepit' is more than a it exemplifies the quality and craftsmanship of S & D Landscapes LLC and our dedication to creating outdoor spaces that inspire connection with nature and each other.
