Landscape Maintenance by S & D Landscapes LLC S & D Landscapes LLC would like to introduce our latest , 'Landscape Maintenance for a Client' as completed in a beautiful area of Colchester, Essex, Essex Junction, and South Burlington. This maintenance was established to increase the visual appeal as well as the health of the outdoor space while meeting the principles of sustainability and ease of maintenance. We thoroughly assessed the existing landscape and identified several areas of opportunity including overgrown shrubs, fading flowerbeds, and a poor-quality lawn. We incorporated a variety of excellent materials including organic mulch, native plants, and eco-friendly fertilizer which allowed us to implement the client's idea of a colorful and welcoming garden. One of the biggest challenges to the was managing the different microclimates on the property. We were successful in selecting plants that would thrive in those specific microclimates, which allowed us to maintain balance between them so that the landscape could continue to evolve and remain beautiful throughout the seasons. Furthermore, we developed an overall irrigation system that was specifically designed to conserve water, making the entire sustainable! The created a beautiful landscape that was repleted with green, color, and neatly manicured lawns which met the purpose of the property, not only to be a space for beauty but also to be a getaway for family and friends. Our experience allowed us to truly shine as a landscape contractor, and produced a final walkthrough that the client was impressed with!
