Your Lighting by Coastal ConceptsTEGRATED DESIGN: Sandy Owers, Anisa Anand, Studio AltraITECNOLOGIST: Coastal Concepts Featuring a new addition to our landscaping for the client in the most gorgeous coast: 'Lighting.' Coastal Concepts We made this home a beautiful night time masterpiece while serving areas including Asbury Park, Sea Girt, and Point Pleasant Beach. Through attention to detail, the lighting design worked to complement an existing landscape. We used only premium LED fixtures so that they have the added versatility of energy efficiency and longevity while limiting our fixtures to suit the architecture of the home and the vegetation around the home. We provided installation for pathway lights to lead guests through meandering pathways where colorful flowers and lush tropical plants abound on the property. In the evenings, uplighting was used to highlight focal trees and architectural elements to add depth and drama. We had some difficulty with our lighting system, however, we needed to fit it in the existing landscape without uprooting a lot of the established plants. Using a trenchless installation technique, our talented landscapers created the required cuts to install this extra drainage without disturbing the garden beds around it!! Our focus on functionality translated into lights that are not only easy to use but also beautifulilluminating the home in a manner that is safe, but also graceful to the curb appeal of the home. The resultant was a beautiful outdoor living space that sparkled at night but more importantly, was safe and comfortable for their guests to enjoy over evening gatherings. The lighting worked, the client was delighted the subtle glow of the lights had revived their outdoor sanctuary. Coastal Concepts showcased our passion for quality and creativity through the 'Lighting' , creating a great impact on the client and surrounding community.
