Title: Yardley Landscape with Fieldstone Walls and Path As our newest completed , the Yardley Landscape showcases the artistry and craftsmanship that you can expect whenever you work with Christopher A. Zeek Landscape Design & Construction! This in particular represents our dedication to improving outdoor spaces through a combination of beauty and functionality for a variety of communities from Ambler to Wyndmoor. Beautiful fieldstone walls are an essential part of this landscape design, meticulously built for strength and beauty. The fieldstone is locally quarried and closely relates to the surrounding environment. Working with the trained hands of craftsmen, the walls run as straight lines through uneven terrain, the site was graded and tailored so they add to the land and exude strength and formality. A thoughtfully-planned path traverses the yard and is built of hand-picked stone that match nicely with the earthy hues of the fieldstone walls. This path encourages wandering, drawing people through spaces filled with plucky plantings chosen for seasonal splash and long-term resilience. We oriented our design in a way that would optimize sun and view, and we also wanted to maximize our spread which develops a seasonal color show. What you have here is a balanced picture of that meets the functional and aesthetic needs of the client, while creating true value to their property. The client was pleased by the seamless integration of both hardscape as well as softscape features, creating an outdoor space for family meetings and leisurely contemplation. At Christopher A.
