About This Project

Adrian Serwo Residence Presenting the Adrian Serwo Residence A value adding landscape designed and executed by Infiniti Properties Creative Landscape Design LLC This represents our philosophy of designing outdoor living into schemes that address this part of people lives but focus on making use of the beauty of nature rather than removing it and the house is located in the quaint town of Southborough. A topography assessment of the existing landscape unveiled some hurdles, such as an unlevel ground and no unifying design element. We mitigated these complications with a tiered garden system that improved the visual appeal, along with soil retention and drainage at the same time. The design included a medley of local native plant mixes, chosen specifically for their hardiness and low upkeep nature, ensuring the landscape could flourish in the region's climatic conditions. We included lush perennials, ornamental grasses and thoughtfully selected shrubs for seasonal interest. Natural stone paths and retaining walls provided not only the necessary structural support but also a rustic aesthetic which blended well with the natural surroundings. The centerpiece of the , undoubtedly, was the new custom-built patio with stunning pavers that welcome fun and entertaining in an outdoor living space. A fire pit with comfortable seating creates a cozy setting for evenings. The addition of our irrigation system to support healthy growth with the least amount of water possible is another reflection of our sustainable practices. It far surpassed the dreams of the client, providing them with an eco-friendly, lush and inviting outdoor area that showcases their personality and complements their lifestyle!
