About This Project

Connor Residential Introducing Connor Residential by Infiniti Properties Creative Landscape Design LLC, an ultimate makeover located in Sudbury, MA. This is a perfect example of how we design custom outdoor living spaces, demonstrating our craftsmanship and creativity at its finest. This entailed a complete overhaul of the front and backyard spaces to create a functional, beautiful, and sustainable landscape. We worked with a team to incorporate bold native perennials and evergreen shrubby plantings to create a fine textured lush landscape called Home-Grown Landscape that blends seamlessly with the regional ecology. Only the highest quality materials were selected, including natural stone pavers and premium mulch. A huge piece of our problem-solving was the less than ideal grade of the backyard. It really was a bit of a disaster, and our talented landscape architects created tiered retaining walls utilising local stone to produce a multi-level garden that not only was much more interesting visually, but also much more functional. A curvilinear path hugged each of the walls and led guests to specific areas of the garden. Custom fire pit With plenty of seating and with string lights making it sparkle after the sun goes down. A tranquil water feature was also added for an auditory background and to welcome wildlife and encourage biodiversity. Connor Residential OMA Reconcept The end outcome of the Connor Residential is an outdoor sanctuary scene in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The clients were super pleased, complimenting us on our attention to the cover and how we blended their vision with our own design sensibilities. The not only enhanced the beauty of their home, but also provided a space where families could come together and unwind.
