This action not only aided the aeration process, but also helped to retain moisture, which helps to lessen the need for watering as often, due to all of the great things we have going on in the coastal California climate. The end result was impressive. The property was now covered with lush green grass that was aesthetically appealing, but more importantly, was a fresh and new grass and made it more healthy and resilient.
