Irwin Residence The Irwin Residence was completed by Michael Pullen Design, LLC and demonstrates a commitment to quality landscaping to the communities of Blanchard, Cole, Goldsby, Hall Park, Moore, Newcastle, Noble, Norman, Oklahoma City, Slaughterville, and Washington. This large residential landscape was completely redeveloped with careful attention to detail, transforming a traditional yard into an exceptional outdoor living space. The design combines both native plants and ornamental grasses with seasonal color for a continually changing visual experience throughout the year. To ensure an attractive finished product we us native stone as pathways and patios, leaving a special touch on the landscape. An additional challenge was the site of the property, which was on an uneven slope. Our team was able to create terraced levels that not only enhanced the aesthetics of the landscape, but also supported improved drainage and soil conditions. In addition to achieving stability with the soil structure, we were also inspired to create a water featurea tranquil pond surrounded by beautiful plant material so a space for quiet solitude could be enjoyed which the clients are very fond of. The site also required additional outdoor living spaces. To accommodate this, we created a fire pit location, along with a deck area that was large enough for entertaining family and friends, and more intimate for evening star gazing. Overall, the introduction of living spaces increased the property and landscape usability, and relayed equal boosts to the prospective property value. At the end of the , the client had some very kind words of appreciation of our efforts to support their needs in regards to both function and beauty, to result in a very compelling landscape design to enhance their lifestyle. Michael Pullen Design, LLC, demonstrates quality workmanship which suits the theme. We are still very happy with the outcome of the , and very much enjoy creating captivating outdoor living spaces!
