This large-scale residential landscape renovation strikingly highlights a well-designed site that provides both function and beauty within a distinct context of a client and their property. The began with a detailed site assessment that provided our team with the opportunity to develop a robust understanding of valuable site's features and opportunities for improvement. One of the main challenges was the site's inherent topography, which we worked to address by organizing tiered planting beds that provided not only a visual focal point to the site but help with the site's drainage as well. The retaining walls were built with natural stone of the highest caliber to fit with the feel of the landscape and will last for generations. By listing a diverse selection of native plants, we built lush garden beds that would be bursting of color throughout the season while also providing fodder for local wildlife. Our ranges include grasses, perennials, and flowering shrubs all selected for their resilience and low maintenance to keep our landscapes looking beautiful from season to season. To create added outdoor living space, a custom patio was built from high-grade pavers to clearly define the space for social interactions with family and friends. This space was complemented by landscape lighting incorporated to improve visibility and safety while showing off the impact of the surrounding gardens in the evening sunlight. At the end of our phase, we were proud to deliver a breathtaking outdoor escape that met and exceeded our clients' vision for the property.
