About This Project

Shaker Heights 3 At ONeill Landscape Design and Installation, we are thrilled to highlight the Shaker Heights 3 , a magnificent makeover that provided new outdoor living opportunities for our incredibly kind clients in this unique neighborhood. Located in Shaker Heights, we put together a landscape that also measures up to our commitment to quality and beautifully combines form and function. In this we built a multiple parked stone patio, constructed from locally sourced bluestone, which has both durability and aesthetic appeal. This was intended for family gatherings and outdoor entertaining, we built a custom fire pit to create a cozy focal point. We complemented the patio with a robust selection of native perennials and ornamental grasses, to resist the outdoor elements while also looking beautiful. We added seasonal color to our landscape through the planting of annual flowers around the patio, to ensure the space was vibrant every season. Another unique challenge we faced during this timeframe was to create a level surface for the patio on a sloped site, while ensuring proper drainage. Our experienced team was able to meet this request through the design of retaining walls and grading the site for optimal drainage while still ensuring longevity and aesthetics. The end product is a stunning garden retreat that our customer has loved and that adds richness to their lifestyle.
