About This Project

Outdoor Living by RF Designs RF Designs is a proud Ontario company that brought its 'Outdoor Living' to life through landscaping that transformed the site into a functional and tranquil outdoor living space. This demonstrates RF Designs' commitment to quality craftsmanship and enhanced design to accommodate the needs of our valued clients. The key design element of the is a beautiful multi-level deck created with sustainably sourced cedar that, once on site, imparted warmth and ambiance to support gatherings. Alongside the deck, we added a professional outdoor kitchen facility with stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops for the summer family and friends. LED lights, connected to a timer, were also added to the space to create a stunning atmosphere as the night sky began to illuminate itself. The topography and the grade were a significant challenge on this . This issue was resolved through the implementation of expertly designed natural-stone retaining wall, to contain the landscape while still creating an outdoorsy charm. In the plant rise, we concluded selected native plants that were hardy and low-maintenance shrubs and perennials; ensuring appeal as the seasons changed and minimize maintenance, while still supporting biodiversity. A reclaimed brick pathway leads you through the garden to the cozy fire pit area with soft seating nearbythe perfect gathering space for storytelling and star gazing. This came complete with a rainwater harvesting system to conserve, save, and sustainably nurture the lush growth through the seasons. Ultimately, the serves as a beauty and function representative of living outdoorsa where all aspects were carefully thought out to create an experience of outdoor living. We achieved an ecstatic client who has areas within the backyard to enjoy their unique little sanctuary for years to come. RF Designs does not create landscapes, we create experiences.
