This landscaping transformation was with the intention of beautifying the curb appeal of this cute suburban home whilst making their outdoor space functional to accommodate family events. At the beginning stages of the they conducted an extensive site evaluation to learn the land form and vegetation. Highly trained staff incorporated native plantings such as colorful daylilies and hardy coneflowers as well to enhance biodiversity and perpetuate the . High-end natural stone pavers were chosen for the walkways and natural flagstone forms a custom patio that further ties this work with its surroundings. During the there were a few challenges due to uneven terrain, which called for a lot of grading and some drainage to ensure when it rains, there is no water that sits on or around the pond. Our landscape personnel dealt with this by installing a higher-end drainage system to add durability and functionality. The end result is a stunning landscape with a great balance of hardscape and softscape elements. This modern courtyard features a breathtaking centerpiece; a hand-built fire pit with lounge seating, ideal for entertaining in the evenings. It is gorgeous with the beautiful gardens and clever lighting laying paloverde trees and shrubs and washing the rocks and landscaping, this marvel never ceases to amaze residents or visitors particularly after dusk. Deborah Silver and Co Inc. will continue to emphasize quality craftsmanship and quality of detail.
