Silver Ranch II by Big Fish Landscaping Big Fish Landscaping is honored to present the Silver Ranch II , a spectacular outdoor living remodel located in Gardnerville. Located within Gardnerville Ranchos' operating agricultural landscapes, this exemplifies creativity and quality with an eye toward our role in environmental steward and sustainability. The design of this features a unique marriage of native plants and drought resistant landscaping, which enhances the client's outdoor beauty, improves their property, and adds benefits to our environment. Quality building materials were used, such as locally harvested stone for the pathways and patios, ecologically friendly irrigation systems for durability, and easy water conservation. Also part of the hardscape was the grading that was needed due to the challenge of significant slippage in the landscaping. As our staff made accommodations for the varying grades of the spaces, we were able to create multi-tiered gardens, which created flow from the gardens, through the innovative outdoor living area to custom and unique fire pit that is surrounded by the mention of a wonderful structure of reclaimed wood. The use of ambient lighting was used to create the right feel when evening enjoyment came . As a final outcome, the landscape presented a stunning work of art for the client's daily use. Purple flower beds, green plants and shrubs, and well thought-out seating tied everything together in pleasant living use. Having this all built-in for the client improved their property value and provide a wonderful family getaway, leaving the client pleased with the craftsmanship Big Fish Landscaping is known for.
