About This Project

Ivans Residence A Green Oasis, Green Acres Nursery + Garden Center Green Acres Nursery & Garden Center has turned a slice of suburban terrain into a stunning open-air oasis at Ivans Residence. Our team faced an incredible challenge in designing multiple aspects of landscaping while working to keep the beauty of this Warrington greenfield in-trough. The began with an extensive site analysis to determine optimal placement of space and sun. We created a multi-tiered garden that combines native trees, ornamental grasses, and bright perennials that not only look good, but also support local biodiversity. Utilization of sustainable materials was critical; the retaining walls and pathways were lined with locally quarried stone to create a longlasting native aesthetic. Highlighting this is a custom water feature, which serves as a serene focal point. It gives a calming vibe and is a place for local wildlife to dwell. Our talented team was tasked with balancing efficient the path of water while integrating the feature into the existing topography so not to disrupt the ecosystem. We also had an outdoor living space with a nice pergola for entertaining. Composite decking was used to match the architecture of the home and offer homeowners a low-maintenance option. And at the end, it created a beautiful landscape that embodied the Ivans vision for their retreat while also increasing the value and curb appeal of their property. With careful consideration for the clients' preferences and quality craftsmanship, we created a space that the clients truly loved and will use for many years as a personal escape. Green Acres Nursery & Garden Center is proud to serve the local regions near Ambler, Blue Bell, and Doylestown and we are looking forward to continuing to help create landscape wonders that benefit our community.
