Trias Residence Green Acres Nursery & Garden Center The Trias Residence A prime example of Green Acres Nursery & Garden Center Jones' artistry, nestled within Warrington. Amid the greenery, this massive landscaping converted large expanses of backyard into landscapes offering a tasteful combination of calmer, quieter spaces that reflect peace and utility. Given the elevation changes & hardscaping that already existed, the started with a detailed site analysis to address each specific challenge and create a design solution that was workable on site. We designed a tiered garden to improve both the visual appeal of the property as well as the drainage and accessibility of the area. We went the natural route, choosing from a colorful selection of local natives: hardy perennials and cool, full shrubs which will do well in the local climate, and, in turn, provide food and habitat to pollinators, creating an environmental cycle. The custom stone patio of the Trias Residence showcases beautiful locally sourced bluestone that blends with the surrounding natural beauty. An inviting patio for entertaining and relaxing is flanked by a pleasing arrangement of ornamental grasses and flowering plants for year-round appeal. Because certain areas of the garden lack full sunlight, our expert horticulturists opted for shade-tolerant species to make sure all corners of the garden thrived. A drip irrigation system was installed to save as much water as possible while keeping the trees green all year round. With the exteriors complete, they wrapped up the by adding ambient lighting which showcases the landscaping features at night in a very magical way. The end product was a stunning landscape that complemented the house perfectly and far surpassed the client expectations of how their new outdoor living space would be!
