The architectural design features a series of thoughtfully arranged levels that respond dynamically to the natural grade of the site. Anchored by a central stair and a light well, the layout facilitates an open yet intimate flow throughout the home, minimizing circulation space while maximizing usability. The top level houses a cozy away space and a deck that invites outdoor living, allowing residents to enjoy the tranquility of the park and the vibrancy of the neighborhood simultaneously.
