The Mountain Brook Staging project revitalized a vacant two-story colonial-style home in Birmingham, AL, showcasing its inherent charm while attracting potential buyers. The primary goal was to highlight the stunning original hardwood floors and the striking architectural features, including the elegant brick façade complemented by white columns. The staging approach was meticulously crafted to blend sophistication with comfort, enhancing the home's appeal. Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by a thoughtfully styled entryway featuring a striking red and black wool area rug layered over the marble-tiled flo. This choice not only adds warmth but also introduces a bold color palette that invites exploration. Black and white photographs adorn the walls along the staircase, providing an artistic touch that draws the eye and encourages movement throughout the space. In the living room, the design aimed to shift focus from the room's length to the exquisite fireplace with a marble surround, a true focal point. Bright white walls served as a perfect backdrop for the soft gray sofa, while darker gray side chairs with light gray trim offered a contemporary contrast.
