The Harbor Oaks Renovation project transformed a dated interior into a modern, open-concept living space that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living room, and dining areas. By converting the small pass-through window opening into a full-length bar, the design fosters an inviting atmosphere, allowing for easy interaction between spaces. The addition of new can lights enhances the overall brightness and ambiance, making the kitchen a focal point of the home. Thoughtfully selected cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances complete the kitchen upgrade, combining functionality with contemporary style. In addition to the kitchen overhaul, both bathrooms were meticulously remodeled to reflect a fresh, beach-inspired aesthetic. The Guest Bath was revitalized with a new vanity cabinet and sink, complemented by elegant oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures. The installation of classic white subway tile accented with a stylish rope detail in the shower adds a touch of sophistication.
