Summary: Costantino Landscape The Costantino Landscape , completed by Omega Brick & Landscaping, showcases outstanding design and craftsmanship for the community within Ada, Alto, Belmont, Byron Center, Caledonia, Comstock Park, Cutlerville, East Grand Rapids, Forest Hills, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Jenison, Kentwood, Northview, Rockford, Walker, and Wyoming. Overlooking a very nice location, the process began with an in-depth consultation on the client's idea for the outdoor spaces. Our goal - done with design - was to strike a balance of responsibility with regards to functional landscape that is beautiful - if from a distance in terms of confused intentions. A patio built with natural stone, hewn to a high standard, was the focus of the idea, creating a surface for entertaining and relaxation. We then introduced beds of perennial flowers vibrant with color from a distance while attracting pollinators to maintain that vibrancy. The addition of a custom fire pit provides another layer to accommodate entertaining or family time under the stars. Subsequently, one significant downside to the original property was the slope of the yard, it was necessary to be creative with the grading, drainage work, to maintain positive drainage. We completed this task, leveling the contact surfaces while preserving that natural, roughly, height, making the space more attractive and functional. Exploring for intelligent grading solutions also led us in considering long term plantings for maintenance alleviation; we selected native plantings and plants resistant to drought, also implementing an irrigation system to control. The end result delighted the Costantino family of the transformed yard. In summary, we would describe the new yard as tranquil and engaged with the environment. Each dimension of the architecture from the lush greenery to the stone textures is well worked. Omega Brick & Landscaping initiated to create not only space where memories are made and relationships, but also a space of responsible land stewardship.
