Bi-Level Outdoor Living Space by Omega Brick & Landscaping Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Omega Brick & Landscaping has officially completed the 'Bi-Level Outdoor Living Space' , changing an ordinary backyard into an extraordinary multi-functional outdoor retreat. We serve the communities of Ada, Alto, Belmont, Byron Center, and others, and we're excited to show you this , which was larger when we started but came to life with some design suggestions and attention to detail. At the center of the entire outdoor space are two working levels connected by beautiful stone steps made of high-quality bluestone for durability and visual appeal. The upper level is an inviting space for entertaining with the added benefit of a weather-resistant pergola providing shade for a comfortable afternoon. It has textured seating and a built-in fire pit for welcoming family and friends to place their devices down for the evening and reminisce summer nights under the stars with your loved ones. The lower level is a cozy outdoor dining space featuring a custom-made outdoor kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for friends and family BBQ all summer. We became landscape architects by incorporating native plant material with showy perennials. They are impressive but don't require upkeep. One aspect we needed to consider is the sloped terrain and grades, and solutions for a graceful pathway with an outlet for water movement and preferably gradual erosion. Luckily, our professional team of landscape craftsmen at Omega Brick & Landscaping is extremely detail-oriented and design-driven in providing high-quality natural stone retaining walls to unite form and function in an organic way.
