Lot 62 Backyard Re-Americanization Pro Care Horticultural Services is excited to showcase the beautiful re-Americanization of the Lot 62 backyard , in alignment with our emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. Located in the middle of Carmel, this involved a complete re-design to fabricate a peaceful outdoor retreat that merged beauty and functionality. The team dealt with uneven terrain and existing drainage issues. Through tricky planning and some outside-the-box innovation, we leveled the yard and installed a high-performance drainage system to create a that will last. Some key design elements include a set in-place patio, custom-built with high-quality natural stone, that provides a modern and inviting outdoor space. Various native plants and shrubs were planted around the patio as they are hardy, resilient and low-maintenance options. A winding path of permeable pavers connects the patio with a beautiful fire pit, creating an ideal nighttime location for the clients to gather. We simply did not stop there with the of this . A set of well-placed landscape lighting was installed to add texture and highlight the landscaping and stone for night-time enjoyment. In addition, the choice of material for the patio and landscape light, was to mimic the home and its architecture which made the design strong and durable for any storm. Overall, the fused aesthetics and functionality and produced a backyard space at Lot 62 that was simply was a personal retreat. We received a lot of gratitude from satisfied clients who indicated they appreciated our attention to detail and professionalism, and that their new backyard had been re-imagined as their new favorite space to entertain family and friends.
