This encompassed several beautiful neighborhoods, including Acton, Bolton, and West Boylston, where we combined nature and architecture with the aesthetic tones of calmness and serenity for enjoyable family gatherings. When starting the design we undertook a comprehensive landscape analysis to discover the uniqueness and challenges of the space. The client's backyard had developed very steep slopes and variances, which were both problematic and unique challenges, for design. However, our experienced staff turned the issues into opportunities with design materials and selections. At every opportunity, we chose high-quality materials in our design, including local stone for retaining walls, natural bluestone patios, and premium hardwood for decks. The also included luxuriant garden beds with a beautiful, varied mix of perennials, ornamental grasses, and native plants that not only enhanced but engaged local biodiversity. A custom-built fire pit was built with seating featuring durable, gripping fabric with a beautiful earthy feel for comfort. The design also included an appealing water feature for added auditory engagement and comfort. With this , we approached every aspect with a detail-oriented philosophy. Noting every detail from every stone to each plant, each detail was curated and crafted. We even chose a sustainable infrastructure with drip irrigation, sustainable and low-water plants for the garden beds, and native, low-water plants. As a result we received an engaging cohesive and unique landscape communal outdoor space that provided functional and engaging outdoor dimensions for entertainment and relaxation that delighted our clients. And in the process of designing and executing all aspects at every opportunity, our clients verbalized that we exceeded their expectations.
