Mendon Patio & Deck Build Ralph Williams Landscape Design is thrilled to showcase the Mendon Patio & Deck Build, a fabulous experience marrying outdoor living and the natural landscape. Situated in Mendon, this exemplifies our craftsmanship and design recommendations for clients from neighboring communities like Acton, Ayer, and Worcester. The start of the consisted of a complete site analysis with attention on site layout for functionality and aesthetics. Our design team came up with a large patio and deck plan to utilize quality materials locally sourced for durable patio pavers and composite decking that would look beautiful and that our clients would be thrilled them. The materials chosen for the Mendon space complemented the earthy rich tones of the plants and trees balancing between a built space and a natural space. One of the challenges the design had to contemplate was the slope of the site. To address this issue, the deck's design is multi-level with selective retaining walls to stabilize the foundation and provide design interest. Because of this smart design approach, we could create kitchen /dining, lounges, and entertainment space with the overall site drainage and accessibility continuity. The resulting outdoor landscape is breathtaking. The expansive deck included customized railings and lighting. The spacious outdoor patio has comfortable furnishings for an inviting place to relax and enjoy the recreational landscaping. An additional small gathering area, fire pit, was added for warmth and ambiance on those cool Mendon evenings. More importantly, the clients were ecstatic for the resulting space and how the new outdoor area has integrated into their lifestyle and added value to their home. The Mendon Patio & Deck Build is just another demonstration of Ralph Williams Landscape Design's commitment to exceptional landscape design and our passion for creating outdoor spaces for inspiration and restoration at home.
