Featured Indianapolis by True North Landscaping We are excited to share the latest from True North Landscaping: the 'Featured Introduces' in Indianapolis. This beautiful represents our focus on creativity and quality in landscaping. This centered in Indianapolis involved redesigning a suburban backyard to be a lively outdoor living space. Our team faced unique challenges with a sloped backyard and a drainage problem that already existed. We tackled the challenges at hand by developing a grading plan for the backyard to ensure proper water flow and prevent erosion in the future. This also features a stunning multi-tiered retaining wall and patio made using natural stone that was sourced locally. In addition to the structure, we also included several plantings. We used native shrubs and perennials to improve biodiversity in the area and provide interest throughout the year. There was also an outdoor space built using pavers for durability. This space is perfect for entertaining friends and family for gatherings, and we even built a fire pit made of natural stone so our clients can enjoy cozy evenings under the stars. Soft landscape lighting was also used to enhance the atmosphere of the outdoor space, while shining a light on all the intricate features of the landscape. The lighting also allows for the backyard to be used in the evening hours. The end result is a backyard space where nature and design can coexist! Our clients were so pleased with the attention to detail in each area of the landscape and the craftsmanship involved in creating their new backyard space!
