This extensive residential landscape is the ideal combination of nature's beauty and functional outdoor spaces, creating an outdoor environment to relax in, savor great food and drink, and entertain friends and family. This began with a comprehensive site analysis to enable us to determine the unique topography and soil conditions of the site. Our Landscape architects successfully designed a multi-layered garden using native plants to ensure that your landscape will thrive in the chosen location with sustainability and low maintenance. A variety of hardscaping was thoughtfully added, such as beautiful stone pathways made from bluestone from the local quarry, to provide guests access to the home's entrance and circulation throughout the lush garden space, working with the landscape instead of against it. One of the trademark features of the was a custom-designed pergola that was built from weather-resistant cedar wood. The pergola created shade on sunny days and became a natural focal point for informal gatherings. Our landscape architects were challenged by unique features from the new neighborhood, including drainage issues, and did an amazing job creating a durable French drain system, coupled with rain gardens. This system succeeded in eliminating any concerns regarding flooding while enhancing the ecological health of the garden. The result is a beautiful balance between aesthetics and functionality, with gorgeous flower beds, manicured lawns, and calm water features that soothe the senses and bring tranquility.
