Situated along a magical stretch of coastline, Brookwood Landscape and Stonework Inc.'s 'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful blend of nature and craftsmanship as it transformed a boring outdoor area into a coastal paradise in the idyllic communities of Andover, Beverly, and Gloucester. The design included an impressive selection of native plants such as sandy beach grasses, hardy succulents and flowering perennials for vibrant coastal blooms to enjoy in the salty air. The skilled team created beautiful natural stone walls and pathways using locally sourced stones, which created a sculptural feel while protecting the landscape from erosion. Water that could collect at the site's slope was a reconsideration, which the talented team implemented a drainage strategy using a method called "French drains" placed with boulders. This ensured the landscape would remain intact and beautiful wherever it would endure the elements. The definite highlight of the 'Sea Breeze' is the large patio area composed of natural stone pavers and staying true to the coastal aesthetic, they nestled native plants into the surroundings that attract wildlife to make their ecosystem even more enjoyable. With great attention to detail and commitment to quality construction, the finished landscape surpassed the original expectation of a client.
